1. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT

Yeti Domains sells domain names only. A purchase grants you ownership of the domain name and the right to transfer it to your chosen registrar.

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase does NOT include:

• Trademarks or trademark rights

• Logo rights

• Brand rights

• Copyrights

• Design rights

• Business names

• Social media handles

• Existing SEO value or traffic

• Email accounts

• Hosting services

2. TRANSFER PROCESS

Once your order is completed:

1. We prepare the domain for release.

2. We generate the EPP/Authorization Code (Auth Code).

3. We email the code to you, along with transfer instructions.

4. You initiate the transfer with your chosen registrar.

 

Transfer times vary depending on your registrar but typically take 1–5 days.

 

3. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing from Yeti Domains, you agree that:

• You are responsible for initiating the domain transfer with your registrar.

• You must provide accurate contact information at checkout.

• You must pay any transfer or renewal fees required by your registrar.

• You are responsible for all renewals after the domain has been transferred.

• You must ensure that the domain does not infringe on any trademarks.

• You will comply with all laws when using the domain.

 

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the instant, irreversible nature of digital domain transfers, all domain purchases are final and non-refundable once the transfer process has begun.

We may allow a refund only if:

• The transfer has not started; and

• We still maintain full control of the domain.

 

5. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS SUCCESS

Yeti Domains provides domain names only. We do not guarantee:

• Future business success

• Increased revenue or traffic

• Brand performance

• SEO performance

• Google ranking improvements

• Resale value

• Trademark registrability

 

All descriptive language is our opinion only.

 

6. VALUATION DISCLAIMER

Any valuations, ideas, or “possible uses” listed on our website are examples only and should not be relied on for investment decisions.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Yeti Domains:

• Owns and transfers the domain name only

• Does not transfer any logo or brand rights

• Retains all rights to our own site’s content, branding, and proprietary materials

 

All third‑party trademarks remain the property of their rightful owners.

 

8. FRAUD & SECURITY

We reserve the right to cancel transactions, request identification, delay a transfer, deny a sale, or block suspicious activity.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any losses arising from the purchase, transfer, or use of a domain name. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the domain.
